Rugs purchased from laruglinens.com can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
However, due to their unique nature, items from the Brisa and Chinchilla collections are not eligible for returns. Should you have any concerns regarding purchasing from these specific collections, we warmly invite you to contact our customer service team. We're committed to discussing potential resolutions and ensuring your satisfaction.
Can I exchange my purchase for something else?
At this time, we cannot process exchanges. You can process your return and start a new order, which will ship to you free of charge!
To receive a full refund, the original item MUST be in new condition and returned without:
- Signs of wear, washing, or improper care
- Damage or stains
- Pet dander or fur
- Dirt or grass stains
All returned items are carefully inspected, and any item returned in a condition deemed as no longer sellable will not be refunded.
Note: Returned item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging/box or similar packaging that will prevent item(s) from damage while in transport. All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used during the purchase.
