The Larug Promise is what sets us apart from the rest. It entitles you to a repair or replacement of your carpet - free of charge within the first year of ownership. Warranty is voided on user damage issues. Warranty does not cover lost/stolen items.
In the event that a product is returned and adheres to our warranty following a full quality inspection, a repair will be carried out or replacement product will be issued. If no replacement is available the customer may choose a product of the same or lesser value as their replacement.
