Once an order is placed, our team will carefully collect your rug from the clouds and package it with hugs and love, so please allow up to 48 hours for our team to pick and pack your order.
Your rug will then gently be sent via the UPS and then it should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 2-7 business days.
As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow this magical journey. Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.

Any rug purchased from laruglinens.com can be returned for a full refund, within 30 days of the delivery date.
However, due to their unique nature, items from the Crystal, Brisa and Chinchilla collections are not eligible for returns. Should you have any concerns regarding purchasing from these specific collections, we warmly invite you to contact our customer service team. We're committed to discussing potential resolutions and ensuring your satisfaction.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
At this time, we cannot process exchanges. You can process your return and start a new order which will ship to you free of charge!
To receive a full refund, the original item MUST be in new condition and returned without:
All returned items are carefully inspected, and any item returned in a condition deemed as no longer sellable will not be refunded.
Note: Returned item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging or similar packaging that will prevent item(s) from damage while in transport. All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used during purchase.
